Talib & Shamsi is seeking skilled professionals to join our team on dynamic projects in the fast-evolving Mumbai cityscape.
n We are looking for seasoned Civil Engineers for the post of Deputy Project Manager, having 15-20 years of site experience, who can independently build, lead and coordinate teams for large projects of scale more than 2.5 million Sq. Ft. for our Mumbai City and Thane projects.
n The candidate should have an accomplished track record with Civil Contracting Companies of being able to successfully manage and deliver large projects,
satisfying the highest quality & safety standards within stipulated delivery schedules, attend meetings and coordinate with Architects, Consultants, Owners etc.
n The Candidate must also have an unflinching integrity track record.
n The candidate will represent the Company as an independent Profit Head and will be responsible to secure timely payments from Clients etc
n The candidate must be proficient in the use of contemporary construction software, Heavy Construction Machinery, Specialised Formwork Systems, Structural Designs, Building Codes & Safety Practices.
n Remuneration will be best in the industry.
n Qualifications: First Class Civil Engineering Graduates/Diploma Holders from renowned Universities.
