n Their global operations include dedicated sales, technical support, service centers, and R&D; teams, ensuring comprehensive end‐to‐end support and seamless delivery of advanced scientific technologies across markets.
n Your New Role
n n Own the global outsourced Finance Shared Services model across GL, AR, and AP.
n Act as the main accountability point for BPO service delivery, governance, and performance.
n Lead and develop the Global AP/AR Manager and ensure alignment with regional finance teams.
n Oversee global AR operations delivered by BPO centers and ensure consistent service levels.
n Drive AR performance across invoicing, collections, cash application, and credit management.
n Partner with regional finance and customer-facing teams to resolve AR issues and support cash flow.
n Provide strategic oversight of global AP operations managed by the BPO.
n Drive AP standardization and automation, including deployment of tools.
n Maintain consistent AP policies, controls, and service delivery across regions.
n Manage relationships with Infosys and other BPO providers, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contracts.
n Monitor vendor performance and lead corrective actions for service issues.
n Lead transitions of R2R, AR, and AP activities to the BPO, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer.
n Identify and drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement opportunities.




n Oversee implementation of BPO tools and ensure integration with ERP and finance systems.
n Act as the primary liaison between BPO partners and internal stakeholders across Finance, IT, and operations.
n Collaborate with regional accounting teams and Country Controllers globally.
n Maintain strong communication and alignment between BPO vendors and internal teams.
n Make timely, data-driven decisions to optimize global finance operations with strong governance and compliance.
n n Key Qualifications for Success
n n 8–12 years' experience in Finance Shared Services with strong global BPO governance background.
n Senior Manager/Director-level exposure; proven leadership in multinational environments.
n Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
n Strong experience managing major BPO vendors.
n Solid expertise in accounting close, AR operations, and working knowledge of AP.
n Experience leading outsourced shared services, transitions, and process improvement.
n Good understanding of finance automation and ERP‐linked AR/AP tools.
n Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across regions and senior levels.
n Responsible for global GL/AR/AP service delivery through BPO teams.
n Lead AP/AR oversight, ensuring service quality, consistency, and compliance.
n Partner with global teams to drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
n Manage vendor performance, SLAs, governance, and escalations.
n Act as the key link between BPO partners, Finance, IT, and business teams.
n Proficiency in an additional language would be advantageous.
