n We are looking for an energetic, highly presentable and relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Channel Partner Manager.
n The role will focus on building and managing strong relationships with IPC, DPC, commercial real estate consultants, brokers and channel partners to promote and lease our office spaces.
Key Responsibilitiesn • Develop and maintain strong relationships with IPC & DPC networks and commercial real estate agents
n • Promote our office spaces and managed office solutions through channel partners and direct client interactions
n • Meet agents and corporate clients regularly to understand requirements and generate leasing opportunities
n • Visit client offices and professionally present available office spaces and solutions
n • Generate recent leads through networking, market intelligence and social media platforms
n • Research and collect relevant daily market, company and prospect data from social media and other digital platforms
n • Coordinate property visits, proposals,



follow-ups and client/agent meetings
n • Work closely with the internal leasing team to convert opportunities into successful transactions
n • Be willing to travel across projects and meet clients/agents as required
What We're Looking Forn 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate / office leasing / channel sales / business development
n Strong network or experience working with IPC, DPC and real estate consultants
n Excellent English communication skills along with local language proficiency
n Highly presentable, confident and professional
n Strong relationship-building and networking skills
n Good understanding of social media, online research and lead generation
n Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented
n Comfortable with client meetings, presentations and regular travel
n Female candidates are preferred for this customer-facing role.
