Job Description Requirements:

n n 1-4 years of experience in a creative agency.
n Strong client communication skills with the ability to manage conversations across all our platforms.
n Ability to understand client requirements, translate them into transparent briefs, and ensure accurate execution by internal teams.
n Experience in planning and managing content calendars, coordinating feedback, and ensuring timely approvals and delivery.
n Proficiency in social media management.
n Strong coordination skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams and ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
n Experience in documentation and project tracking, including maintaining trackers, approvals, and status updates.
n Ability to prepare structured plans for campaigns or shoots.
n Analytical approach to performance tracking, with the ability to derive insights and suggest improvements.
