Job Description Job title: Unit HR Head
n Function: HR
n The Role Reports to: Zonal Head HR
n The Role: Harmonious HR and IR operations at a Brewery level through effective engagement.
n Key responsibilities:
n n Recruitment and staffing
n Handle recruitments at optimal cost at Brewery level, with assistance from HO
n Induction of freshers and lateral joinees to the Brewery
n Provide timely and accurate information for reports and presentations
n n n Performance Appraisals
n Ensuring annual appraisals on time
n Ensuring Goal setting process is done on time
n n n Statutory Compliance
n Timely adherence and compliance with various labour laws and other statutes applicable to the factory in the state and at a central level. Zero incident count on compliance-violation.
n Liaison with labour office, factory inspector, PF department, labour welfare board, Panchayats, Municipality, police and other statutory institutions and bodies.




n n n Industrial Relations
n Monthly meetings with employee representatives to understand and identify issues if any to have harmonious industrial relations at the plant.
n Grievance resolution
n Long term wage settlements to be productivity linked and within the specified PC budget.
n Enter into agreements and negotiate on labour contracts, canteen and housekeeping contracts, ETP contract, etc
n Safety
n Participate in and identify critical safety areas in order to approach zero-incident work zone in terms of accidents, injuries, etc.
n Corporate Social Responsibility activities at Brewery level as per and within defined areas
n Productivity enhancement initiatives with manufacturing team
n n Preparation of and control of personnel budget, variable costs, etc
