n Key Responsibilities
n
n Accounting & Compliance
n · Month-end closing and financial finalization.
n · Preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations.
n · Year-end closing and finalization of books of accounts.
n · Quarterly 941 reconciliations.
n · Address US client/team queries related to financial statements and provide effective solutions.
n · Review of sales tax return / CRT / TPT / 8027 / prompt tax and other county tax returns.
n · Assist audit teams in filing Sales Tax / Prompt Tax / CRT / 8027 / TPT / 1099 and other county tax returns.
n · Review AR and AP reports.
n · Ensure timely response to emails within 48 hours.
n · Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns.

n Process & Review
n · Assist Managers in reviewing tasks assigned within the task management system.
n · Regular review of statement trackers and supplier reconciliation portals.
n · Prepare SOPs for new clients by coordinating with onboarding teams.
n · Setup client processes in Task Manager, including checklists, with onboarding teams and Managers.
n
n Business Management
n · Prepare quarterly business plans.
n · Review performance against business plans and implement corrective measures where required.
n Client Management
n · Ensure timely delivery of financial reports to clients.
n · Conduct quality checks and sign-off on reports before they are sent to clients or US teams.
n · Support and coordinate with the compliance team.
n · Stay open to learning new processes and taking on new roles when required.

n Team Management
n · Mentor team members in day-to-day operations.
n · Assist Managers in performance reviews of team members.
n · Ensure adherence to internal processes and systems.
n · Foster a disciplined work environment and maintain team decorum.
