Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Taxation professional with strong practical exposure to CA Firm / Tax Consultancy / Accounting & Compliance Services.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling multiple clients, accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliances and taxation-related assignments.

Key Responsibilities / KRA

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for multiple clients.
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime.
- Handle complete GST compliance, including GST Registration, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GST Reconciliation and GST Notices.
- Prepare and file TDS Returns and ensure timely TDS compliance.
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for Individuals, Firms, LLPs and Companies.
- Handle Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Scrutiny and Account Reconciliation.
- Assist in Tax Audit, GST Audit and statutory audit-related work.
- Handle taxation notices and coordinate for responses and required documentation.
- Prepare MIS, financial statements and client reports using Advanced Excel.




- Coordinate directly with clients, CA/management and government departments regarding accounting and taxation matters.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory and tax compliances.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for client files.

Required Skills ✅ Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS & Income Tax.

✅ Hands-on experience in Tally Prime.

✅ Good knowledge of ITR filing for Individuals, Firms, LLPs & Companies.

✅ Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF Functions & MIS Reporting.

✅ Knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, Reconciliation & Statutory Compliance.

✅ Experience in handling multiple clients simultaneously.

✅ Robust analytical, communication and client-handling skills.

Eligibility

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

Experience: 5–10 years in CA Firm / Tax Consultancy / Accounts & Taxation.

Preferred: Candidates with practical experience in GST, TDS, ITR Filing, Tax Audit, GST Notices, Tally Prime and Advanced Excel.
