About the Role

Geeken Chemicals India Limited is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with strong hands-on experience specifically in the Agrochemical Manufacturing Industry.

The candidate should have practical knowledge of customer accounting, sales accounting, receivables, GST, TDS, e-invoicing, E-Way Bills, MIS reporting and coordination with Sales, Dispatch, Warehouse and Production teams.

SIGNIFICANT: ONLY CANDIDATES WITH RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN THE AGROCHEMICAL / CROP PROTECTION / PESTICIDES INDUSTRY WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Key Responsibilities / KRA

- Manage customer/party ledgers, sales accounts and account reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding orders, billing, dispatches, collections, credit limits and outstanding payments.
- Prepare and verify sales invoices, debit notes, credit notes and customer statements.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and coordinate for timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Handle GST, TDS, E-Invoicing and E-Way Bills as applicable to agrochemical business transactions.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Scrutiny, Journal Entries and accounting adjustments.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Prepare sales, outstanding, collection, customer-wise and management reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Logistics, Warehouse and Sales teams for smooth order-to-cash operations.
- Maintain proper accounting records for agrochemical products, customers, sales and collections.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
- Support Internal,



Statutory and GST Audits.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in ERP / Tally Prime.
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting of sales, receipts, customer balances and receivables.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com – Commerce background mandatory.
- Experience: 3–8 years of relevant experience.
- Industry Experience: Mandatory – Agrochemical Manufacturing / Crop Protection / Pesticides.
- Strong practical knowledge of Customer Accounting, Sales Accounting, Receivables & Financial Accounting.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, E-Invoicing and E-Way Bills.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and ERP software.
- Microsoft Dynamics experience will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Advanced Excel.
- Good communication, coordination and analytical skills.
- Candidate must be capable of independently handling accounting responsibilities from Day 1 without extensive training.

We are specifically looking for an Accounts professional who understands the Agrochemical Manufacturing business cycle and has practical experience handling customer accounts, sales billing, receivables, collections, GST compliance, MIS and coordination with Sales/Dispatch/Production teams.
