We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our product design team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Figma and visual design, with a fair understanding of UX processes, UI patterns, and design systems. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to craft engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing user experiences.
Note: Candidates with experience limited to graphic design, branding, or social media creatives are not suitable. We require product-focused UI/UX experience with Figma and design systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality UI designs, prototypes, and specifications using Figma.
- Develop and maintain Figma-based design systems to ensure product consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, and pixel-perfect designs.
- Apply visual design principles including typography, spacing, color, and hierarchy.
- Follow UX processes such as ideation, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Ensure accessibility compliance and responsive design standards.
- Work in agile environments with iterative design delivery.
- Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping).
- Robust visual design and attention to detail.
- Understanding of UX principles and human-centered design.
- Knowledge of UI standards such as Material Design or Apple HIG.
- Experience managing design systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX process and outcomes.
Good to Have
- Experience in usability testing or user research.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or frontend collaboration.
