Aadinath Bulk Pvt. Ltd. is a growing transportation company involved in major transportation and mobility projects, including GSRTC, AMTS and Volvo bus operations.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to manage the maintenance activities of our 60–70+ bus fleet.

The candidate will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance, workshop coordination, technician supervision, spare parts coordination and ensuring maximum bus availability with minimum downtime.

Hands-on experience in bus fleet maintenance is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily maintenance activities for 60–70+ buses.
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate and supervise breakdown repairs and emergency maintenance.
- Diagnose and coordinate resolution of mechanical, electrical and other technical issues.
- Monitor bus inspection, servicing and repair activities.
- Supervise technicians, mechanics and workshop staff.
- Allocate daily maintenance jobs and monitor work completion.
- Track breakdowns, repair status, repeat complaints and vehicle downtime.
- Ensure buses are released on time for daily operations.
- Coordinate with Operations team regarding bus availability and maintenance requirements.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance, repairs, breakdowns and servicing.
- Coordinate with vendors and external workshops for specialized repairs.
- Coordinate with stores/procurement team for spare parts, tools and consumables.
- Monitor usage of spare parts and support cost control.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and discipline within the workshop.
- Identify recurring technical problems and recommend corrective actions.




- Ensure maintenance work is carried out as per company/OEM guidelines.

Education & Experience
- Education: ITI / Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, Diesel Mechanic, Motor Mechanic or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in bus/fleet/automobile maintenance.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in bus fleet maintenance and workshop supervision.
- Experience handling maintenance of 50+ buses will be preferred.
- Experience in Volvo / heavy commercial vehicle / public transportation buses will be an added advantage.
- Experience in managing mechanics/technicians and coordinating with workshops is required.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and maintenance MIS.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced transportation environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
