- Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience
- Minimum 1 year Trainer experience, preferably in BPO
Key Responsibilities:
- Train new hires on process, communication & product knowledge.
- Conduct classroom, OJT and refresher training.
- Prepare training materials, assessments & SOPs.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR & Quality teams.
- Maintain training reports and identify training gaps.
Skills:
- Robust communication & presentation skills
- BPO process knowledge: Inbound / Outbound / Customer Service
- Good MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Confident group handling and feedback skills
