We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Human Resource to join our HR team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical exposure to Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and employee coordination.

Location: Kelambakkam, Chennai

Designation: Trainee Human Resource

Stipend: 15,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year

Key Responsibilities

- Support the HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Assist with candidate documentation and onboarding activities.
- Support recruitment drives and other HR initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining HR records and preparing basic HR reports.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations.

Eligibility
