Braco is looking for an experienced, hands-on Tool & Die Maker who can also gradually take responsibility for production planning and new product development.

Key Responsibilities

- Repair, maintain and troubleshoot progressive press tools, standard press tools, dies and moulds
- Carry out tool corrections, modifications and improvements
- Identify production issues related to tooling and provide practical solutions
- Support production planning, scheduling and smooth execution of daily production
- Assist in developing new components, tools, dies and moulds
- Coordinate with production, quality and tool-room teams
- Prepare or understand technical drawings; knowledge of AutoCAD or other CAD software will be an advantage

Candidate Profile

- ITI/Diploma in Tool & Die Making, Mechanical Engineering or a related field




- Strong practical knowledge of progressive tools, press tools, dies and moulds
- Experience in tool repair, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Interested in growing beyond tool-room work into production handling and new development
- Responsible, technically sound and capable of independently resolving problems

Experience: Preferably 5+ years in tool-room, die maintenance or a similar manufacturing role. Candidates looking for a stable, long-term role with the prospect to grow into wider production responsibility are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
