n We are looking for experienced DRG Validation Specialists with 3+ years of experience in medical coding and DRG validation. Candidates should have strong knowledge of DRG assignment, ICD-10-CM/PCS, MS-DRG, and reimbursement guidelines . Certification in CPC, CCS, or equivalent is acceptable.
n
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Validate and audit DRG assignments for accuracy and compliance.
n Review medical records and ensure correct ICD-10-CM/PCS and DRG coding.
n Identify coding discrepancies and recommend appropriate corrections.
n Ensure compliance with coding standards, payer guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
n Collaborate with coding and clinical teams to resolve documentation queries.
n Maintain quality and productivity targets.

n Mandatory Skills:
n n 3+ years of experience in DRG Validation/DRG Auditing or any coding experience.
n Robust knowledge of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, MS-DRG, and coding guidelines .
n Certification: CPC or CCS (either is acceptable).
n Good analytical and communication skills.
