n Work Schedule for All Roles: 3:00 PM IST – 12:00 AM IST (4:30 AM EST – 1:00 PM EST)

n Overview
n The Audit Supervisor oversees day-to-day execution of U.S. audit engagements, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness. This role includes supervising staff, reviewing audit work, and serving as a key liaison between offshore teams and U.S. engagement leadership.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Supervise execution of audit engagements, including testing, documentation, and review
n Lead planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up for assigned engagements
n Review audit workpapers and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and GAAS
n Identify and resolve engagement and technical issues
n Train, mentor,



and develop audit staff and seniors
n Collaborate closely with U.S.-based managers and partners
n n Skills Required
n n Strong leadership and team management skills
n Excellent analytical and technical expertise
n Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
n High attention to detail and quality standards
n Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n n Qualifications
n n 6–8 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm preferred
n CA/CPA preferred but not required
n Advanced understanding of U.S. GAAP, auditing standards, and internal controls
n Experience working with U.S. audit teams
n Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
