n Work arrangement: Full-time, on-site and field-based

n Languages: Fluent spoken Tamil is mandatory

n Key Responsibilities
n • Identify and approach doctors, clinics and hospitals in assigned territories.
n • Conduct regular field visits and introduce Book Your Token to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
n • Understand each clinic's patient flow, queue-management challenges and operational requirements.
n • Explain and demonstrate the BYT platform clearly and professionally.
n • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified doctor and hospital prospects.
n • Follow up consistently with prospective clients and move opportunities towards closure.
n • Handle routine sales discussions, objections and negotiations within approved commercial terms.
n • Coordinate with the leadership team for strategic hospital accounts and complex negotiations.
n • Collect the information required for doctor and clinic onboarding.
n • Coordinate the transition of signed clients to the onboarding and operations team.
n • Monitor newly onboarded doctors during the initial activation period and help improve actual patient usage.
n • Maintain accurate records of visits, prospects, follow-ups, conversions and account progress.
n • Gather feedback from doctors and clinic staff and communicate relevant market insights to the company.
n Required Qualifications and Skills
n • 2–5 years of experience in field sales, business development, healthcare sales, B2B sales or a related role.
n • Strong spoken Tamil and professional communication skills.
n • Confidence in approaching and communicating with doctors, clinic administrators and hospital decision-makers.
n • Willingness to travel regularly for field visits in Thanjavur and other assigned territories.




n • Ownership of a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence is mandatory.
n • Ability to understand and demonstrate a software-based product.
n • Strong follow-up, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
n • Ability to organise leads, maintain sales records and provide clear progress reports.
n • Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working with limited day-to-day supervision after initial training.
n • Willingness to learn the healthcare technology industry and understand clinic operations.
