n We are hiring an experienced ALM Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in PTC Codebeamer to support requirements, test, risk, and change management for our digital engineering programs.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Configure and implement PTC Codebeamer for Requirements, Test, Risk, and Change Management
n Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ALM solutions
n Set up workflows, trackers, templates, dashboards, reports, and user roles in Codebeamer
n Design and implement integrations between Codebeamer and tools like Windchill, Jira, Git, and Jenkins
n Support Codebeamer upgrades,



migrations, customizations, and user administration
n Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability aligned with ASPICE, ISO 26262, or IEC 62304
n Work with cross-functional teams and provide user training and documentation
n n Required Skills:
n n 8-10 years in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) / Digital Engineering
n Robust hands-on experience with PTC Codebeamer configuration and administration
n Experience integrating ALM with PLM/DevOps tools (Windchill, Jira, Git, Jenkins)
n Exposure to compliance standards: ASPICE, ISO 26262, or IEC 62304
n Good communication and stakeholder management skills
