Job Description Position: Senior Accountant

n Key Responsibilities
n n Manage end-to-end accounting operations and ensure timely closure of books.
n Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
n Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs.
n Handle general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting.
n Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and regulatory audits.
n Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management reports.
n Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
n Develop and implement internal financial controls and accounting policies.
n Liaise with banks, auditors,



consultants, and regulatory authorities.
n Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve operational excellence.
n n Required Skills & Qualifications
n n Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com); M.Com/CA Inter/CA Qualified will be an added advantage.
n Minimum 6 years of experience in Accounting & Finance, preferably in an NBFC.
n Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime is mandatory.
n Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Ind AS, and RBI regulations.
n Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
n Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
n Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
n n Preferred Candidate Profile
n n Experience in the NBFC or Financial Services industry is mandatory.
n Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
n High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
n Ability to lead a team and drive continuous process improvements.
