Required Qualifications & Skills

- BE / BSc qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in Tendering & Bidding.
- Hands-on experience with online tender portals, especially GeM.
- Knowledge of tender document analysis, bid preparation, and submission.
- Experience with SAP, CRM, and other ERP software.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and ensure timely bid submission.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle complete tendering and bidding activities.
- Analyze tender documents and prepare technical/commercial bids.
- Coordinate internally for bid compilation and submission.
- Manage online tenders through GeM and other portals.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and timelines.
