About the Role
We are looking for energetic and confident Telesales Executives to join our growing team in the Exhibition & Events Industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start or build their career in B2B Sales. You will represent upcoming international and domestic exhibitions and trade shows by connecting with business owners, marketing heads, founders, and other key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound B2B calls to prospective exhibitors and corporate clients from provided databases.
- Pitch exhibition participation and stall-booking opportunities for upcoming expos and trade shows.
- Identify key decision-makers such as CEOs, Founders, Marketing Directors, and Business Owners.
- Build rapport with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Collect stall and participation requirements from interested prospects.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Schedule and book qualified meetings for the senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate daily call logs, lead status, and follow-up information in the CRM.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Graduation or undergraduate qualification.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- High energy, confidence, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle cold-call rejections and remain persistent.
- Strong interest in sales and business development.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and Email for professional communication.
- Candidates residing in or near Greater Noida / Noida will be preferred.
