We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to handle inbound enquiries. The main responsibility is to speak with customers who contact us, understand their requirements, provide the right information, and convert genuine enquiries into site visits and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries from customers.
- Understand customer requirements
- Identify genuine and high-potential leads.
- Schedule site visits for qualified customers.
- Follow up with customers after the enquiry, quotation, and site visit.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site visits and quotations.
- Maintain proper records of calls and customer enquiries.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi,
and English.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Valuable listening and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
