We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller – Legal & Licensing Services to connect with prospective clients and promote our business registration, legal, tax, compliance, and licensing services.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert leads into consultations or sales.

Key Responsibilities: -

· Make outbound calls to business owners, startups, entrepreneurs, and prospective clients.

· Explain legal, tax, registration, compliance, and licensing services in a clear and professional manner.

· Educate clients about services such as FSSAI, GST Registration, Trademark Registration, Business Registration, MSME, and other legal/compliance services.

· Understand customer requirements and identify suitable services based on their business needs.

· Explain basic documentation requirements, registration procedures, estimated timelines, and service packages.

· Schedule consultations and meetings between prospective clients and in-house advocates, legal advisors, and consultants.

· Handle initial customer queries, objections, pricing concerns, and follow-up requirements professionally.

· Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, client requirements, and follow-up schedules in CRM/Excel.





· Conduct regular follow-ups with warm leads and prospective clients.

· Coordinate with the sales, legal, and documentation teams for smooth client onboarding.

· Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.

Key Skills & Requirements

· Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate candidates will be preferred.

· 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or lead generation.

· Experience in legal, tax, licensing, compliance, or professional services will be an added advantage.

· Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.

· Strong convincing, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

· Good telephone etiquette and professional communication.

· Ability to handle customer objections, rejection, and difficult conversations confidently.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM software.

· Good follow-up and lead management skills.

What We Offer

Competitive salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month
