Skygrow Sports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Telecalling & Customer Care Executive to join our team in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining loan proposals, generating and following up on leads, resolving customer queries, and supporting successful conversions.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong convincing abilities, customer-handling skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding loan proposals.
- Explain loan proposals, eligibility criteria, features, and processes to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
- Address customer concerns and objections effectively.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for proposal processing.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain a professional relationship with customers throughout the process.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and timely communication.

- Financial Services

Experience in loan/financial product sales or customer service will be preferred. Salary & Incentives

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
