Role Overview: We are seeking highly driven Telesales Agents for a high-intensity calling role. You will manage retail customers insurance broker portfolios, build strategic relationships, and drive month-on-month revenue growth across crop, motor, health, and general insurance products.
- Convert Leads: Call outbound marketing leads to close direct customer sales.
- Manage Brokers: Own, nurture, and expand an assigned insurance portfolio.
- Product Sales: Sell general insurance products including crop, motor, and health.
- Build Relationships: Partner closely with brokers to consistently grow account value.

- Mindset: Highly driven, resilient, and comfortable in a high-intensity calling environment.
- Skills: Revenue generation, Lead conversion, Relationship building, negotiation, retentions and excellent phone communication.
