Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services and handle customer queries.
- Generate leads through calls and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and lead conversion.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive follow-up and convincing abilities.
