The Impact You Will Have in This Role As an Associate Director of AI Engineering, you will play a key role in designing, building, and delivering AI-powered solutions that create measurable business value. You will combine robust technical expertise with delivery leadership,



contributing directly to engineering efforts while helping coordinate teams, priorities, and execution across initiatives. Working closely with engineers, architects, product stakeholders, and leadership, you will help transform innovative ideas into reliable, scalable, and production-ready solutions.

You will be responsible for driving technical excellence, accelerating delivery, mentoring engineering talent, and ensuring work aligns with strategic objectives. Your ability to balance hands-on engineering with team leadership will be critical to the success of both individual projects and the broader AI Engineering organization.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 8 years of related experience in software engineering, AI engineering, machine learning, or technology delivery
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale technology solutions
- Experience leading technical initiatives and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, cloud platforms, APIs, and AI/ML technologies
- Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical best practices
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and business audiences
