About Mentry

Mentry provides technical training solutions to colleges, universities, training institutes, and corporate organizations. We are currently looking for passionate and skilled Technical Trainers for upcoming classroom and online training programs in Chennai and other locations.

Responsibilities

- Deliver technical training sessions to students and professionals.
- Conduct classroom or online training based on assignment requirements.
- Explain technical concepts using practical examples and hands-on exercises.
- Prepare presentations, coding exercises, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct coding and problem-solving sessions where required.
- Customize training content based on the learner's level and requirements.
- Coordinate with the Mentry team regarding schedules, training materials, and assignments.
- Maintain professional communication and punctuality.

Requirements
- Strong hands-on knowledge in one or more technical domains.
- Good understanding of programming fundamentals and practical implementation.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners and advanced learners.
- Experience conducting coding-based, practical, and project-oriented sessions.




- Previous training, teaching, mentoring, or industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prepare training materials, coding exercises, assessments, and assignments.
- Willingness to conduct online or offline sessions based on project requirements.
- Professional approach with good time management and punctuality.
