Shift: US Night Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs

Transportation: 2-Way Cab Facility

We are hiring Technical Support Voice professionals for our Hyderabad team. We are looking for both Freshers and Experienced candidates with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

For Freshers

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Graduation is not mandatory.
- Candidates with 10+2 / Intermediate or any graduation can apply.
- Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- CTC: 19,000 in hand per month.

For Experienced Candidates

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in International Voice or Technical Voice support is mandatory.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in US Night Shifts.

Salary:

- 6 to 18 months experience: 22,000 in hand per month.
- More than 18 months experience: 27,000 in hand per month.

Key Responsibilities





- Handle customer queries and provide technical assistance over voice calls.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Follow standard troubleshooting and customer-service procedures.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant information accurately.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.
- Candidates must be willing to work from the Hyderabad office.
- Immediate joiners preferred/required.
- For experienced candidates, relevant International Voice / Technical Voice experience is mandatory.
