n Responsibilities
n n Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons as per the school curriculum.
n Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
n Use cutting-edge teaching strategies and digital tools to enhance learning.
n Assess and monitor students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
n Identify learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support.
n Encourage students to develop critical thinking, creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
n Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
n Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic and overall development.




n Participate in school events, meetings, co-curricular activities, and professional development programs.
n n Qualifications
n n Graduate/Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed.
n Prior experience teaching at the secondary school level is preferred.
n Excellent communication skills in English.
n Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
n Passion for teaching and working with adolescents.
n Creative, patient, and student-focused approach to teaching.
