n Position Overview:
n HexaHealth is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive - Doctor Network to manage doctor operations, recruitment, and support processes. This role involves ensuring seamless coordination with doctors, addressing their operational challenges, and enhancing patient care delivery.
n
n Key Responsibilities:
n ● Doctor Coordination : Plan schedules, align doctors for surgeries, and ensure timely hospital arrival.
n ● Doctor Operations : Address operational challenges and provide effective solutions.
n ● Doctor Hiring : Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for doctors.
n ● Doctor Counselling : Train newly onboarded doctors on OPDs and patient interaction.
n ● Doctor Payouts :
Ensure timely and accurate payout processing for doctors.
n ● Communication Liaison : Act as a bridge between the PCS and doctor teams, ensuring effective information exchange.
n
