Job Description Job Title: Senior Manager – Corporate Partnerships

n Position Summary:
n The Sr. Manager – Corporate Partnerships will drive institutional fundraising and external engagement by building and managing strategic relationships with corporates, CSR foundations, and institutional donors.
n
n The role combines fundraising, business development, and partnership management, with a strong focus on pipeline creation, revenue generation, and long-term donor stewardship.
n
n Key Objectives:
n • Build and expand a solid pipeline of corporate and institutional donors
n • Drive CSR and partnership-led fundraising aligned with BMU priorities
n • Increase revenue through multi-year partnerships, grants, and sponsorships
n • Strengthen BMU’s visibility across corporate and philanthropic ecosystems
n • Ensure high-quality donor engagement and long-term stewardship
n
n Key Responsibilities:
n Strategic Fundraising & Pipeline Development:
n • Identify and prioritize CSR donors, corporates, and foundations
n • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities
n • Secure meetings with senior corporate leaders and CSR heads
n
n Corporate Partnerships & Revenue Generation:
n • Cultivate and close CSR partnerships, sponsorships, and funding opportunities
n • Align university programs with CSR priorities
n • Drive revenue through grants, partnerships, and collaborations
n • Track conversion rates and revenue targets
n
n Proposal Development & Donor Engagement:
n • Develop proposals, pitch decks, and impact reports
n • Present proposals to donors and stakeholders
n • Customize engagement strategies for key donors
n
n Relationship Management & Stewardship:
n • Manage relationships with key corporate partners
n • Ensure continuous engagement and satisfaction
n • Implement donor stewardship and recognition programs
n
n Outreach & Networking:
n • Represent BMU at industry forums and CSR platforms
n • Build institutional visibility and networks
n
n Cross-Functional Collaboration:
n • Work with academic, marketing, and leadership teams
n • Align institutional strengths with partnership opportunities
n
n Data Management & Reporting:
n • Maintain CRM records
n • Track KPIs including pipeline, revenue, and conversions
n • Report performance to leadership
n
n
n Qualifications & Experience:
n • Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred)
n • 10–14 years of experience in fundraising, CSR, or partnerships
n • Proven track record of achieving targets
n • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
n Preferred:
n • Experience in higher education
n • Familiarity with CSR landscape in India
n • CRM experience
n
