n Program / Project Management experience in manufacturing or engineering
n Robust experience in NPI / New Product Introduction / Product Launch
n Cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain & Procurement
n Experience managing project timelines, milestones, risks and deliverables
n Customer & stakeholder management experience
n Exposure to production ramp-up and manufacturing operations
n Good proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
