n The Role
n As our Senior Content Writer, you ‘ll own how Helo.ai and its people show up everywhere — blogs, LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and PR. You ‘ll move confidently between formats, run the content calendar, and bring a strong sense of what works for each brand and channel.
n We‘re looking for someone versatile and self-driven who can turn one idea into the right piece for the right platform.

n What You‘ll Do:
n Content Creation
n n Write blogs, guides, case studies, and website pages
n Take pieces from research to publish
n Keep formatting, grammar, and metadata clean
n n





n LinkedIn Personal Branding
n n Ghostwrite thought-leadership content for founders and leaders
n Build authentic, consistent voices for each leader
n n

n Social Media (End-to-End)
n n Own social from idea to publish — plan, write, schedule, review
n Create Instagram captions, carousels, and short-form content
n Tune content to what works for each platform
n n

n Content Calendar
n n Own and run the full content calendar
n Balance formats, channels, and campaign timelines
n n

n Email Marketing
n n Write newsletters, nurture flows, and campaign copy
n Craft subject lines and CTAs that convert
n n

n PR&Media;
n n Draft press releases, pitches, and announcements
n Support launches, partnerships, and milestones
n n

n SEO
n n Apply SEO best practices to web and long-form content
n Work with the SEO team to improve reach
n n

n Collaboration&Quality;
n n Partner with product, design, and marketing
n Uphold brand voice across every channel
n Review peer content and share feedback
n Refresh outdated content and fix broken links
n n

n What We‘re Looking For
n n 5+ years in content writing, personal branding, or digital marketing
n Solid writing and editing across short- and long-form
n Comfort with LinkedIn ghostwriting and personal branding (preferred)
n PR or media writing experience (a plus)
n Solid grasp of SEO and keyword basics
n Comfort using AI tools to work faster, keeping voice human
n A portfolio showing range across channels
n n

n Nice to have: experience in startups or working with a founder‘s desk, or writing for tech/SaaS brands.
