n Prabhadevi, Mumbai | Full-Time | 4–6+ Years Experience
n Clickkerspot Media is looking for a strategic and client-focused professional who can own the client journey - from discovery and strategy to execution and long-term account growth.
n Key Responsibilities:
n * Conduct discovery meetings to understand client business, goals, target audience, and challenges
n * Develop customized brand and marketing strategies aligned with client objectives
n * Prepare and present marketing strategies, campaign ideas, and pitch presentations
n * Lead client onboarding and set clear project expectations
n * Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
n * Coordinate with Creative, Content, Photography, Video, Website, SEO, and Performance Marketing teams
n * Translate approved strategies into clear execution briefs for internal teams
n * Monitor project execution to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery
n * Conduct regular client review meetings and recommend strategy improvements




n * Identify opportunities for upselling and growing existing client accounts
n * Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
n Requirements:
n * 4–6+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Brand Strategy, or Digital Marketing
n * Agency experience is highly preferred
n * Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and campaign planning
n * Excellent presentation, communication, and client management skills
n * Ability to create marketing strategies and confidently present them to clients
n * Solid project management and team coordination skills
n * Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
