Job Description Position Title: Financial Planning & Analysis
n Location: Bangalore
n YOE: 8 - 12 Years
n Key Objectives:
n n Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and business strategic analysis
n Drive comprehensive analytics across revenue and cost bases
n Present financials to the CEO, business heads, and the group leadership team, highlighting key actions required to achieve revenue, EBITDA, and OCF targets
n Facilitate effective communication and coordination with business teams
n Analyze current financial performance against historical data, AOP, and forecasts
n Identify trends and make recommendations for financial optimization
n Prepare and present quarterly and annual financial reports, including Board presentations, AOP plans, CEO review decks, and group monthly review presentations
n Advise on long-term business and financial planning
n n Responsibilities:
n n Publishing Financials: Present P&L; with trend and variance analysis from previous periods, AOP, and forecasts, providing a solid analysis of the factors driving variances
n AOP, Forecasting, and Long-Term Planning: Model AOP workings, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and long-term planning scenarios
n Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to explain periodic variances (MoM, QoQ, YoY),



understanding AOP plans for both revenue and expenses (including payroll, facilities, IT, etc.)
n Presentations: Prepare and present PowerPoint presentations for Board meetings, monthly decks for the CEO and CFO, and group monthly reviews
n Business P&L; Reports: Publish monthly P&L; reports for vertical and functional heads, driving strong cost control and pre-emptively identifying potential gaps
n Balance Sheet Analysis: Analyze accounts receivable (AR), manage collections, monitor OCF targets, track unapplied and unearned aging, and drive efficiencies to resolve aged items
n ERP Experience: Utilize ERP systems, preferably SAP HANA.
n n What we are looking for:
n n Excellent communication skills are essential
n CA with 8 - 12 years of experience
n At least 8+ years of experience as a senior-level Financial Planning & Analysis
n Experience with listed companies, preferably in the IT or CLM industry(not mandatory), with a turnover of ₹400 crore or more
n Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or QuickBooks
n Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
n Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
n Excellent organizational and time management abilities
