n Job Summary
n We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations for our Tile Adhesives business. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the tile adhesive industry and a robust understanding of the construction chemicals market. The role involves driving regional sales growth, expanding the dealer and distributor network, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
n Drive sales of tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing products, and related construction chemical solutions.
n Appoint, develop, and manage dealers, and channel partners across the assigned region.
n Build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, tile dealers, and project consultants.
n Identify new business opportunities in retail, projects, and institutional sales.
n Lead, coach,



and monitor the performance of Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers, and the regional sales team.
n Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
n Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product launches, and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
n Coordinate with marketing, technical services, and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product availability.
n Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables within company norms.
n Prepare and present periodic MIS reports, sales reviews, and business plans to senior management.
n n Required Qualifications
n n MBA preferred.
n 8–12 years of sales experience in the tile adhesive industry.
n Experience in construction chemicals or building materials will be an added advantage.
n Demonstrated success in handling regional sales operations and channel management.
