We are a growing Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) company based in Kushaiguda, Hyderabad. We are looking for a Technical Sales & Business Development Engineer to develop new customers and grow our EMS business.

The candidate should have good knowledge of electronics and PCB/PCBA manufacturing, along with solid communication, customer handling and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B customers in the electronics industry.
- Identify OEMs, electronics companies and product startups.
- Conduct customer meetings and understand their technical requirements.
- Generate and follow up on RFQs.
- Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams for costing and feasibility.
- Prepare and submit quotations to customers.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Follow up with customers until PO/order confirmation.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Identify additional business opportunities from existing customers.
- Maintain customer database and sales pipeline.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Achieve sales and business development targets.

Technical Knowledge Required

- Basic knowledge of PCB / PCBA manufacturing.
- Basic understanding of SMT and THT.
- Understanding of BOM and electronic components.
- Ability to understand customer drawings/specifications.




- Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing processes.
- Ability to coordinate between customer and production/engineering teams.

Required Skills

- Electronics / PCB / PCBA knowledge.

- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Good English and Telugu communication.
- B2B sales and lead generation ability.
- RFQ and quotation understanding.
- MS Excel knowledge.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.

Qualification B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in ECE / EEE / E&I.;

Experience

2–5 years of experience preferred.

Candidates with experience in EMS, PCBA, PCB Assembly, SMT/THT, Electronics Manufacturing, Technical Sales or Application Engineering are preferred.

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.

Performance-based incentives will be provided based on business development and order achievement.

This is primarily a Technical Sales & Business Development role. Candidates should be interested in customer acquisition, sales, business development and electronics manufacturing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
