Key Responsibilities

- Study customer enquiries, specifications, datasheets, drawings, and technical requirements.
- Understand customer process requirements and assist in suitable product/equipment selection.
- Assist in selection and sizing of industrial pumps and related equipment.
- Prepare technical and techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
- Prepare offers for equipment, spare parts, service, repair, and overhauling requirements.
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for technical clarifications, product selection, pricing, drawings, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Support order processing, purchase requisitions, delivery documentation, and invoicing-related activities.
- Maintain ERP entries related to enquiries, quotations, sales orders, purchase requisitions, and order execution.
- Prepare and maintain technical documents including datasheets, BOMs, GA drawings, inspection reports, service reports,



and other project documentation.
- Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer technical requirements whenever required.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, technical clarifications, orders, documentation, and payments.
- Follow up with vendors for order acknowledgement, drawings, material status, and delivery commitments.
- Prepare MIS reports for enquiry status, quotation follow-ups, order execution, pending deliveries, and other activities.
- Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, product presentations, and site visits as required.
- Develop knowledge of industrial products, equipment technologies, applications, industry standards, and market trends.

Required Technical Skills

- Basic knowledge of centrifugal pumps, AODD pumps, magnetic drive pumps, vacuum pumps, or rotating equipment.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical seals and pump components.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM software such as Odoo will be an advantage.
