Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with 1+ year of experience in US staffing/recruitment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing IT professionals, screening candidates, working with job portals, and understanding US recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Source qualified IT candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.

Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening based on job requirements.

Understand technical requirements and match candidates to suitable IT positions.

Conduct candidate interviews and assess skills, experience, communication, and availability.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/recruiting teams.

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Work on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time IT positions.

Negotiate rates/salary and understand candidate expectations.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM.

Follow up on submissions, interviews, offers, and onboarding activities.





Stay updated on US IT staffing trends, technologies, and hiring practices.

Required Skills

1+ year of experience in US IT recruitment/staffing.

Knowledge of the US recruitment lifecycle and hiring process.

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.

Good understanding of IT technologies and job roles such as Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Business Analyst, etc.

Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work with targets and meet tight deadlines.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently as well as within a recruiting team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with US-based clients or staffing companies.

Familiarity with different US work authorization types such as US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, EAD, and OPT.

Experience with ATS/CRM systems.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
