The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for the US market, working with Tier-1 vendors/clients on a W2 basis, and sourcing technical talent through platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and Indeed.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting
- Hands-on experience in US IT Staffing
- Strong understanding of the W2 staffing model
- Experience working with Tier-1 Vendors and/or Tier-1 Clients
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques




- Ability to screen resumes and qualify candidates on technical fit, experience, and work authorization
- Excellent follow-up and candidate relationship management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Willingness to work in alignment with US business hours (night shift)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Source qualified IT professionals for US-based client requirements
- Understand job descriptions and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
- Search and identify candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, internal database, and referrals
- Screen candidates on technical skills, experience, location, visa status, and compensation expectations
- Explain W2 employment terms and chance details to candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews; maintain consistent candidate follow-up
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the ATS
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, account managers, and business development team
- Consistently meet daily and monthly recruitment targets
