India Domestic Technical Recruiter

Role: India Domestic Technical Recruiter

Location: India (Hybrid/On‑site depending on region)

Experience: 3–8 years in Domestic IT/Technical Hiring

Employment Type: Full‑time

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on India Domestic Technical Recruiter who can drive end‑to‑end hiring for Engineering, Product, Data, Cloud, and IT roles across India. This role requires strong sourcing capability, deep understanding of technical skill sets, and the ability to close positions quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for domestic technical roles (Engineering, IT, Product, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Support).
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, market availability, and sourcing strategy.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, StackOverflow, internal databases,



and referral networks.
- Screen candidates for technical competency, communication, cultural fit, and salary alignment.
- Coordinate interviews, drive feedback loops, and ensure smooth candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers, manage expectations, and close candidates within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate data in ATS and ensure compliance with hiring processes.
- Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and niche technical roles.
- Track market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring patterns.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1-10 years of experience in India Domestic Technical Recruitment.
- Robust understanding of technical skills:
- Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript/React/Node, QA Automation, DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data Engineering, Support roles.
- Proven ability to close mid-level to senior technical positions.
- Experience working with ATS platforms (Oowrin, Ceiphal, Keka, Zoho, or similar).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with high ownership and urgency.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience hiring for product companies, startups, or IT services.
- Strong network of domestic technical talent.
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring and tight deadlines.
