Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter. The candidate will source, screen, and coordinate candidates for technical roles across various technologies and experience levels.

Experience: 2+ years in technical recruitment, preferably within the AI or tech industry.

Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of AI technologies, programming languages, and software development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various technical roles, including Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, AI Researchers, and Software Engineers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, including technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.

Candidate Engagement:

- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience,



and alignment with company values.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Job Market Expertise:

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively identify and engage with top talent.
- Utilize knowledge of AI technologies, programming languages, and development tools to evaluate candidates' technical qualifications.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to define job requirements, create accurate job descriptions, and streamline the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines and status.

Recruitment Administration:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Manage the offer process, including negotiations and coordinating with the HR team to finalize employment offers.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
