Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Agile Product Specialist Advisor / Systems Analyst (SA) with a strong technical background and experience working in Agile environments. The ideal candidate will have a Software Engineering background with a transition into Product Management, Systems Analysis, or Business Analysis.

The candidate will be responsible for analyzing Epics, Features, business requirements, and system processes and translating them into functional solutions for complex business and technology needs.

The role requires close collaboration with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Architects, Developers, QA teams, and other technology partners to define, document, and deliver integrated solutions.

Healthcare domain experience is mandatory. Experience with Salesforce, Sales, Underwriting, Quoting, Contracts, and insurance-related business processes is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements, Epics, Features, and system processes to define functional solutions.
- Break down complex requirements into Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and functional requirements.
- Conduct requirements gathering, discovery, and analysis sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, QA, and other Scrum team members.
- Identify business functions and system capabilities that can be developed as integration solutions.
- Understand and review API / OpenAPI specifications and API functionality at a high level.
- Interpret architecture diagrams, data models, data flows, and system integration diagrams.
- Work comfortably with an IDE and understand application structure and technical implementation considerations.




- Prepare detailed business, system, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Create functional documentation and artifacts that can be used by development and testing teams as implementation blueprints.
- Provide analysis, requirements, architecture, and design support to Scrum teams.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise technology strategy, architecture, and application requirements.
- Coordinate with business and technology teams throughout development, testing, implementation, and production deployment.
- Support the team in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem resolution.
- Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement, automation, and integration.
- Support Agile delivery throughout the complete SDLC.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, Technical Product Management, Business Analysis, or technical project delivery.
- Robust experience working in Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Robust understanding of SDLC, application development, systems integration, and technical requirements.
- Experience analyzing and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ability to understand REST APIs, API integrations, and OpenAPI specifications.
- Understanding of application architecture, data modeling, data flows, and system interactions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Robust experience in the Healthcare domain Mandatory.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud / Underwriting-related solutions.
- Experience with Sales, Underwriting, Quoting, Contracts, and Insurance business processes.
- Experience working with API-based integrations and distributed systems.
