Job Purpose:

Responsible for the end-to-end operation, maintenance, reliability, safety, statutory compliance, and energy performance of technical services and utilities within the 2-Wheeler R&D; facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, cooling towers, ventilation and utility systems.
- Ensure reliable operation of electrical systems including HT/LT, transformers, DG, UPS, PCC/MCC and APFC panels.
- Manage BMS, PLC, SCADA, VFD and automation systems.
- Ensure availability and environmental conditions of vehicle/engine test cells and related utilities.
- Drive preventive/predictive maintenance, breakdown analysis, RCA and reliability improvement.
- Manage fire alarm, firefighting, security and other critical facility systems.




- Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Manage AMC vendors, contractors, statutory compliance and EHS requirements.
- Handle OPEX/CAPEX planning, budgeting and cost optimization.
- Lead technical teams, manage shifts and coordinate with R&D;, Engineering and Testing teams.

Preferred Experience:

- Automotive / 2-Wheeler R&D; or Testing Facility preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing plants, engineering centers, industrial utilities or critical environments can also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, utilities, BMS/PLC and facility maintenance.
- Valuable team leadership, vendor management and stakeholder management skills.
