About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Lead LabWare LIMS Implementation to drive the design, configuration, and rollout of LabWare LIMS solutions across R&D; and QC sites. This position combines hands-on system expertise with leadership and mentoring responsibilities. The ideal candidate will ensure technical excellence, design standardization, and compliance with regulated environments while supporting multi-site deployments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead LabWare LIMS configuration and development (LIMS Basic scripting, Visual Workflows, templates, and automation logic).
- Provide technical direction to developers and ensure standardized design across multiple implementations.
- Manage LIMS interfaces and instrument connectivity to enable secure and seamless data exchange.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and environment maintenance.
- Review code/configuration deliverables and enforce technical quality and documentation standards.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering technical growth and consistency.
- Collaborate with business, QA, and validation teams to ensure alignment with GxP, GMP, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
- Participate in effort estimation, technical planning, and go-live preparation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications





Technical Expertise:

- 7-12 years of relevant experience in LabWare LIMS (v7 or above).
- Strong hands-on expertise in configuration, scripting, and system administration.
- Proficiency in SQL/Oracle databases and reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports).
- Understanding of system interfaces, instrument integration, and data exchange protocols.
- Exposure to LabWare ELN or LabWare 9 is a plus.

Leadership & Collaboration:

- Experience guiding small to mid-sized technical teams.
- Strong collaboration with functional and validation stakeholders.

Functional Knowledge: Familiarity with QC and R&D; laboratory workflows and data management practices.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust documentation and stakeholder management abilities.

Location- Pune / Raipur / Remote (For remote employees, travel to Raipur will be required for onboarding and for a two-week period every quarter)

Education - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or MCA. LabWare LIMS Technical / Admin Certification preferred.

Exposure to GAMP5, CSV, and 21 CFR Part 11 frameworks desirable.
