2. Technical Business Analysis

- 10+ years of experience in Technical Business Analysis or Product Management within Brokerage or a related financial services domain.
- Experience in defining end-to-end business processes and data flows.
- Experience creating process flow diagrams using relevant tools.
- Strong data analysis and data modelling skills.

3. Product Management

- 57 years of experience in product development or product management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical/product requirements.

4. Blockchain & Digital Assets

Knowledge of

- Blockchain infrastructure
- Tokenization platforms
- Digital asset services
- Ethereum
- Polygon
- Hyperledger
- Canton

Candidate should understand how blockchain protocols can be used to support specific financial product requirements. 5. Agile & JIRA

- Solid experience with JIRA.
- Experience writing detailed User Stories.




- Ability to define comprehensive Acceptance Criteria for development and QA teams.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Good understanding of Agile ceremonies.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience in regulated financial services or FinTech.
- Knowledge of DvP (Delivery versus Payment).
- Understanding of tokenized securities workflows.
- Experience with digital asset products.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Work with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and QA teams.
- Define business processes and end-to-end data flows.
- Create user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.
- Perform data analysis and modelling.
- Support product development and product management activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities.
- Analyze blockchain and tokenization use cases for financial products.
- Ensure requirements are clearly understood by development and testing teams.
