We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter Solution Architect with 8 to 10+ years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter PLM, solution architecture, implementation, customization, integration, and PLM transformation.

The candidate will be responsible for defining end-to-end Teamcenter solutions, leading architecture and technical design, understanding customer business requirements, guiding implementation teams, and ensuring successful delivery of complex PLM programs.

The role requires strong customer-facing, consulting, and technical leadership skills, along with the flexibility to travel to Saudi Arabia and work onsite for certain project phases.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end solution architecture for Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementations.
- Lead technical architecture and design for large-scale Teamcenter implementation and transformation programs.
- Understand customer business processes and translate requirements into scalable Teamcenter solutions.
- Conduct business and technical workshops with customers and stakeholders.
- Define PLM solution architecture, application architecture, integration architecture, and deployment architecture.
- Evaluate existing PLM environments and recommend improvements, modernization, and optimization strategies.
- Define Teamcenter configuration, customization, extension, and integration approaches.
- Provide technical leadership throughout requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, migration, and go-live.
- Review and approve functional and technical design documents.
- Establish architecture standards, development guidelines, and Teamcenter best practices.
- Identify technical gaps, risks, dependencies, and constraints and recommend appropriate solutions.




- Lead technical discussions involving Teamcenter, CAD, ERP, MES, and other enterprise applications.
- Guide development and implementation teams on Teamcenter configuration and customization.
- Support project estimation, technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution presentations.
- Participate in customer demonstrations, architecture reviews, and executive-level technical discussions.
- Provide technical leadership during deployment, commissioning, go-live, and hypercare.
- Mentor Teamcenter consultants, developers, and implementation engineers.
- Ensure solutions meet customer requirements related to scalability, performance, security, maintainability, and availability.
- Coordinate effectively between onsite customer teams and offshore delivery teams.
- Travel to Saudi Arabia for customer workshops, implementation, deployment, go-live, and other project-specific activities.

Required Technical Skills
- 8 to 10+ years of experience in PLM, Teamcenter, or enterprise engineering systems.
- Strong hands-on and architectural experience with Siemens Teamcenter.
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex Teamcenter PLM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, configuration, customization, and deployment.

- Strong SQL and database knowledge.
- Experience with Teamcenter installation, environment architecture, deployment, upgrades, and performance considerations.

Enterprise Integration Experience Strong experience defining and implementing integrations between Teamcenter and:

- Siemens NX and other CAD systems
