Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Team Leader / Deputy Manager to lead OEM (Motor Dealer) integrations for our Motor Own Damage Claims platform. The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of integration initiatives with automobile manufacturers, dealers, and ecosystem partners, ensuring seamless customer journeys from claim registration through assessment and claim settlement. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in Spring Boot-based application development, API integrations, AWS cloud technologies, and stakeholder management.

The role demands leadership capabilities to manage a development team, drive project execution, evaluate team performance, and quickly adapt to evolving technologies and business requirements

Required Technical Skills 6-8 years of experience in application development and integration projects. Strong hands-on experience with: Java 8+ Spring Boot Microservices Architecture REST APIs API Security (OAuth, JWT, Authentication/Authorization) Good understanding of System Integration patterns and middleware concepts. Hands-on experience with AWS services such as: EC2 S3 RDS ECS/EKS (preferred) Lambda CloudWatch API Gateway Experience with SQL databases and performance tuning.

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership Lead design, development, and implementation of OEM/dealer integrations for Motor Claims systems. Architect and develop scalable REST API and microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot. Drive integration initiatives with OEMs, dealerships, survey partners,



payment platforms, and internal claims applications.

Ensure adherence to application architecture, coding standards, security, and performance best practices. Review solution designs, code quality, and deployment plans.

Project Delivery & Execution Own end-to-end delivery of integration projects from requirement gathering through production rollout. Coordinate with business, claims operations, OEM partners, vendors, and internal IT teams for successful delivery. Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and ensure timely execution. Drive release planning, deployment activities, and post-production support.

Team Management Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of developers and integration engineers. Allocate work effectively and monitor delivery commitments. Conduct technical reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and performance assessments. Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, OEM partners, and technology teams. Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Drive discussions, requirement clarifications, issue resolution, and executive-level reporting.





Innovation & Continuous Learning Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where applicable. Quickly understand new integration frameworks, partner platforms, and business models. Drive automation, process optimization, and modernization initiatives.

Preferred Skills Experience in Insurance Domain, specifically Motor Claims. Experience with OEM, Dealer, or Aggregator integrations. Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging platforms. Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Understanding of application monitoring and production support. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Functional Competencies Strong understanding of Motor Claims lifecycle. Knowledge of claim registration, survey, assessment, repair workflow, and settlement processes. Experience handling third-party integrations and partner onboarding. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel projects.

Behavioral Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Solid analytical and problem-solving mindset. Fast learner with adaptability to new technologies and changing business priorities. Ownership-driven approach with focus on delivery excellence.
