Key Responsibilities

Lead shift operations across Software Asset Management (SAM), Software Procurement & Contract Management, and CLH.

Ensure SLA/KPI compliance, queue management, backlog reduction, and escalations.

Manage team performance, coaching, 1:1s, cross-training, and knowledge transfer.

Oversee software licensing, renewals, license lifecycle, harvesting, true-ups, and compliance.

Support WBR/QBR, utilization, TTR, chargeback, and license position reporting.

- Drive automation, process improvement, RCA, and ServiceNow migration** initiatives.

Manage vendor/client escalations and ensure smooth shift handovers.

Collaborate with other Team Leaders for consistent service delivery.
