Lead and manage a team of Process Executives.

Drive productivity, quality, TAT and SLA adherence, MIS reports and performance reporting.

Required Candidate profile

Minimum 2–3 years of Team Lead experience in US Mortgage Operations.

Experience in Title Search / Title Examination.

Client-facing experience.

Mentor team members and improve overall team performance
